Dr.
TV Rao:
Dr.
Rao is the Chairman of T.V. Rao Learning Systems (TVRLS) and
also works as a HRD & OD consultant to many organizations
in India and abroad.
He
is the founder President of National HRD Network & also
Founder Director of Academy of HRD. Dr. Rao worked earlier at
the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad as a Professor
for over 20 years. He also worked as Advisor in General Manager's
capacity at BEML, Bangalore and served as Larsen & Toubro
Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Dr.
Rao pioneered HRD work in the country by setting up the first
HRD department at Larsen & Toubro in the year 1975 (along
with Dr. Udai Pareek). He has authored and co-authored several
books in Management particularly in Organizational Behaviour,
Entrepreneurship, Health & Administration, Education Management,
Performance Appraisals, HRD & OD.

Dr. Udai Pareek:
Dr. Pareek is a renowned academician and a researcher
- is a pioneer in the area of OB, OD and HRD and has played
a crucial role in popularizing them in Indian organizations.
He has served in the capacity of the Larsen & Toubro Chair
Professor at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
He was the Chairman of the Institute of Development
Studies, Jaipur and also scientist - Emeritus at Indian Institute
of Health Management & Research, Jaipur. He is also an adjunct
professor of Health Policy and Administration, University of
North Carolina, Chapel Hill, USA and visiting professor of management,
MD University, Rohtak. Dr. Udai Pareek has authored more than
30 books, nearly 260 articles, papers and monographs in Indian
and foreign publications. He has served on the editorial boards
of well-known journals. He has also been honoured for his pioneering
work through citations in India and abroad.
Dr. PVR Murthy:
Dr. Murthy a product of IIT Kharagpur and IIM
Calcutta, has a Ph.D. to his credit from Gujarat University
He headed the HRD functions at HMM and and Sundaram Clayton.
For the past seven years, he has been operating as a Consultant
to companies like L&T, Videocon, NALCO, VST, Dr. Reddy's,
TVS Group, TCS, General Insurance Corporation, GEC Alsthom etc.
He has undergone training at NTL and also at Japan
in TQM areas. He has presented a number of articles on HRD at
various national and international forum. He served on the Academic
Councils of Madras University, SK University and Academy of
HRD. He is a founder member of National HRD network and is currently
the Dean Consultancy of ISABS.
Dr. E Abraham, SJ:
Dr. Abraham a XLRI graduate has a Ph.D. to his
credit in Psychology (HRD) from Gujarat University. He worked
in various capacities including as Director of XLRI Jamshedpur,
Joint Director of Academy of HRD, dean at XIM, Bhubaneshwar
and is professor of OB, Board member of Association of Indian
Management Schools and Board member of Institute of Rural Management
(IRMA), Anand.
He has professional affiliation to a number of
organizations at the national and international level. Dr. Abraham
has a good number of researches and publications to his credit.
At present he is a professor of OB at Xavier Institute of Management,
Bhubneshwar.
Dr. K Harigopal:
Dr. Harigopal works currently as a Professor and
Consultant at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Center
for Continuing Education. Earlier he taught Business management
at Osmania University. He has authored several books and has
conducted several international programs on managing Change
and Human Resources Development.
Dr.Mohan Thite:
Dr.Thite has a Master Degree in Personnel Management
from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and a Ph.D. from
the Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia.
He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute
and is currently a faculty member in the School of Management
at Griffith University, Brisbane.
Dr.Thite has worked extensively as a Human Resource
Management professional, particularly in IT companies in India,
USA and Australia. His Ph.D. work on IT project leadership was
a result of empirical research involving hundreds of IT professionals
working for eminent IT organizations in Australia, such as EDS,
IBM, DMR, Unisys and SAP.
His Ph.D. work received an international award
from the Center for Creative Leadership, Greensboro, NC, USA.
He has published extensively in international journals on his
work and is currently engaged in post-doctoral work to develop
an empirically tested model for technical leadership, which
he believes is essential, for the successful management of the
core employees of the digital information era.

TVRLS Team
Dr. Gopal Mahapatra Fellow IIM-B, at present
working as Managing Director, TVRLS - Bangalore. Prior to joining
TVRLS, Dr. Gopal Mahapatra worked as GM-Corporate HR, BPL Ltd
and as Head of HR at Gujarat Gas. He also worked as Corporate
HRD Manager, INDAL, Calcutta and Bharat Electronics Ltd. before
moving to Gujarat Gas. In his initial years he was a Faculty
member at XIM-Bhubaneswar. Dr Mahapatra has worked extensively
in the areas of Performance Management, OD, Training & Development,
Assessment & Development Centres, TQM, and Employee Satisfaction
Surveys. He has attended the Strategic HRM Course at the London
Business School and the JUSE Program on TQC at Tokyo.
Mr. Raju Rao Postgraduate in HR from XLRI
Jamshedpur, worked as Personnel Manager, Torrent Pharmaceutical
Ltd., and is currently Consultant and Director of TVRLS. He
did his course in MBTI with Manasayan, and on consulting interventions
at NTL, Bethel. He has a wide consulting experience in Assessment
centers, 360 Degree Feedback and HRD audit with Alexandria Carbon
Black, Egypt, Kewalram Chanrai group Nigeria, GVFL, Aditya Birla
Group, NTPC, Tyco International, Neterwala group of industries
etc. He co-edited the book on 360 degree and Performance Management
Systems. He has been actively involved in ADC in BPL followed
by a large number of assessors training and development center
in NTPC. Besides 360 degree feedback, HRD Audit & Assessment
& Development Centers (ADC) he also carries rich expertise
in HR system building intervention
Ms. Nandini Chawla - An Electrical Engineer from
Gujarat University & MBA from Narsee Monjee. She worked
initially with TITAN Industries Ltd and later on with Indus
League in the areas of Sales, Product Management & Marketing.
Her experience provides a unique line management perspective
to HR processes. In addition, she has also worked in the areas
of Performance Management, 360 Degree Feedback, HRD Audit, Assessment
& Development Centers and Training & Development.
Mr. Shishir Misra - A graduate in psychology followed
by Masters in Human Resource Development & Management from
Allahabad University. He carries around two years of organizational
exposure working with research, consultancy and IT organizations.
He is working as Associate Consultant and his areas of work
include instrumentation, 360-degree feedback, Assessment &
Development Centre, HRD Audit, Psychometric testing, developmental
initiatives and organizational issues
Ms. Preeti Singh - A Masters in Psychology followed
by Management Qualifications with specialization in HR from
SCMHRD. Her area of work includes 360 degree feedback, Competency
Mapping, Assessment Centers and Psychometric Testing.
Ms. Merlin George - A graduate in English literature.
She has been one of the oldest members of the family and has
worked with TVRLS for the past 7 years. She is Manager 360-degree
feedback. She has acquired expertise in 360 profiling systems
& has successfully managed 360 data for almost 60 organizations.
Mr. S. Santhanam - A graduate from Madurai Kamraj
University (Tamil Nadu). He carries more than 41 years of administrative
experience. Which accommodates nine years of experiencing with
commercial organization & almost 32 years in academic institutions
.He has worked for 12 years in MDP- Program administration and
20 years in Management Training Center (MTC). After superannuating
from the IIM - A, he joined TVRLS In February 2002 as Manager
- MDP to promote/support training programmes.
