PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
1. To learn about HRD Audit and its methodologies
2. To conduct HRD Audit & establish a HRD Scorecard using a 2500 points system
3. To get certified as an HRD Auditor


PROGRAM STRUCTURE:

This program is based on the concept of Applied Learning to train participants in the art & science of TVRLS methodology of comprehensive HRD Audit. This will be carried in three phases.

PHASE I: Duration 4 days
Concept Development & Skill Workshop
1. Step 1: Participating in the Skill Workshop

A 4 day skill workshop (non residential at Ahmedabad) to train participants in HR Audit and equip them in the science of deploying the HRD Scorecard 2500™

The workshop will focus on:

  1. Gaining Conceptual clarity on the components of HRD Audit
  2. Auditing and Scoring HRD Competencies, HRD Culture and Values
  3. Designing Audit questionnaires & conducting Audit interviews
  4. Auditing and scoring Business Impact
  5. Establishing HRD Scorecard
  6. Planning for Final audit

Participants will be given reading material / books to gain clarity on the concept of HRD & its
role in Organizations

PHASE II: Duration 46 days
Hands-on Exposure of HRD Audit Methodology:

  1. Implementing TVRLS HRD Audit questionnaires in the organization selected by the participant to conduct HRD Audit
  2. Preparing HRD Audit report and HRD Plan based on the outcome of HRD Audit
  3. Submission of Audit Report & establishing HRD Score Card for the company

DELIVERABLES OF THE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM.

After having gone through this certificate program, participants will be able to:

  1. Design HRD Audit for a given company
  2. Select sampling for interviews, questionnaires for assessment, areas of observation & data needed for study and assessment & conduct an actual Audit interview
  3. Evaluate HRD Systems & Competencies using TVRLS manuals and tools
  4. Evaluate relevance and redundancies of HRD Systems to achieve business goals
  5. Identify strengths and weaknesses of HRD department using multiple methods
  6. Write an HRD Audit Report & assist a trained & certified auditor in conducting the Audit

INVESTMENTS

  1. Rs 28,000 per participant (Non residential) + 10.3%service tax. Total fee is Rs. 30,884/-. This includes reference books and 4-days contact workshop (non-residential).
  2. More than 2 nominations from one company will attract a discount of 10% on the total fee. This will mean a fee of Rs. 25,200/- per participant + 10.3% service tax.
  3. Fees are payable through demand draft/par cheque in favour of “T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd” payable at Bangalore.
