Dr. T. V. Rao - Chairman, TVRLS Dr T V Rao is currently Chairman, of T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. & Adjunct Professor, IIMA. Former ly Chairman, Academic Council, Academy of Human Resources Development, Ahmedabad. He was Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad for over 20 years beginning 1973. He has also worked as L&T Professor of HRD at XLRI, Jamshedpur during 1983-85. Dr. Rao is the Founder President of the National HRD Network and was President of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS). Dr. Rao has several publications to his credit in the areas of HRD, Performance management, education, entrepreneurship, health, population and management training. Dr. Rao has designed and assisted in implementing performance appraisal and other HRD Systems for a number of organizations in India and Abroad. Dr. Raju Rao - Director, Senior Consultant, TVRLS - Ahmedabad Postgraduate in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, and Ph. D. in Management from M.S. University Baroda. Worked as Personnel Manager, Torrent Pharmaceutical Ltd., and is currently Senior Consultant and Director of TVRLS. He did his course in MBTI with Manasayan, and on consulting interventions at NTL, Bethel. He has a wide consulting experience in Assessment centers, 360 Degree Feedback and HRD audit with Alexandria Carbon Black, Egypt, Kewalram Chanrai group Nigeria, GVFL, Aditya Birla Group, NTPC, Tyco International, Neterwala group of industries etc. He co-edited the book on 360 degree and Performance Management Systems. He has been actively involved in ADC in BPL followed by a large number of assessors training and development center in NTPC. Besides 360 degree feedback, HRD Audit & Assessment & Development Centers (ADC) he also carries rich expertise in HR system building intervention. Co-author of the book " the Power of 360 degree feedback" by Sage, India.
Ms. Nandini Chawla - Founder Member & Director,TVRLS - Bangalore An Electrical Engineer and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai she began her career with TITAN Industries Ltd, initially in the Watch division handling a line Sales responsibility and subsequently with the Jewelry division (TANISHQ) responsible for Retailing & Product Management functions. Ms. Merlin George - Manager 360 degree Feedback, TVRLS - Ahmedabad A graduate in English literature. She has been one of the oldest members of the family and has worked with TVRLS for the past 13 years. She is Manager 360-degree feedback. She has acquired expertise in 360 profiling systems & has successfully managed 360 data for almost 150 organizations. Ms. Keshika Garg - Consultant A Double Post Graduate, she completed her masters in commerce and then went on to do her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Specializing in Human Resource Management), from SCMLD, Pune. As a part of the two year program, she had undertaken summer internship with ‘Cognizant Technology Solutions’ and worked on a project titled, ‘Training Performance Validation’ At TVRLS, she has been involved in core HRD interventions, like Competency Mapping, Assessment Development Centers (Designing Tools and implementing ADCs), Assessor’s Training, Behavior Event Interviewing, HRD Audit & Scorecard, Psychometric Testing and 360 DF. Some of the clients she has worked with are Wockhardt Group of Hospitals, Astra Zeneca, Oracle, Infosys BPO, Tata Power, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Agilent Technologies, Volvo, Sterlite- Vedanta Group, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Bharat Electronics, Transasia Biomedicals and HDFC Standard Life Insurance. She has designed a, ‘Handbook for Development Action Plans’, which forms a part of TVRLS leadership development and managerial effectiveness workshops. As a core member of TVRLS team she is involved in designing training material for soft skills development program and is currently designing a certificate program on, ‘Developing In House Competence in Identifying Needs, Designing and Delivering Developmental Programs’. As a trained assessor, she has anchored four batches of the TVRLS Certificate Program in, ‘Designing & Implementing Assessment Development Centers’. She is also certified to administer and interpret five psychometric instruments designed by TVRLS. Ms. Shivani Upadhyay - Consultant Shivani holds two Post Graduate Degrees-one in Industrial Relations and the other in HR. She is a qualified Lawyer with a professional law degree from University of Rajasthan , Jaipur.She began her career as a visiting faculty at the NL Dalmia Institute of Management, Thane teaching HR and Labor laws.
Mr. Himanshu Pant - Research Analyst A Postgraduate in Human Resource & Organization Development, he completed his Masters in Business Administration from EMPI's Udai Pareek HR LABS, New Delhi. He has worked with Dr. Pareek as a Summer Trainee and worked on the project "Automation of Training Instruments in HRD & OD". At TVRLS, he has worked in the areas of Assessment and Development Centers, 360 Degree Feedback and is currently working on HRD Audit.
